Terms of Service

These Terms govern authorized UTAK staff's use of UTAK Lead Center — the lead, conversation, and demo management service operated by UTAKPOS INC. ("UTAK"), a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines — and the information published on this website. By accessing the service with an account UTAK issues, the authorized user accepts these Terms. These terms are specific to UTAK Lead Center and sit alongside UTAK's general Terms of Service.

Internal service

UTAK Lead Center is operated by UTAK for its own business operations. It is available only to people UTAK authorizes — its staff and persons acting on UTAK's instructions — through accounts UTAK issues. It is not offered to the public, and there is no self-service registration. UTAK may grant, limit, suspend, or revoke access at any time.

Accounts

Accounts are personal. Keep your credentials confidential, do not share them, and tell UTAK immediately if you believe an account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed with your account.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for UTAK's authorized business operations.
• Handle lead and customer data in line with the Privacy Policy, applicable law, and the policies of the platforms the service connects to.
• Do not attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized for, probe or disrupt the service, or extract data for purposes unrelated to UTAK's operations.

Platform integrations

The service connects to business accounts owned or authorized by UTAK through the platforms' official APIs. Use of platform data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Ownership

The service, this website, and their content are owned by UTAK. These Terms grant no rights other than the limited access described above.

Disclaimer

The service is provided for UTAK's internal operations "as is". To the extent permitted by law, UTAK is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or this website.

Changes and governing law

UTAK may update the service and these Terms; the current version is always available at this address. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
